In 2006 I partnered with Brian and Becky Rice to launch Leadership ConneXtions (LCI), a non-profit 501c3. Our vision was been to empower leaders around the world who are otherwise under-resourced. Since 2008 Brian Rice and a team of people (mainly based out of Pennsylvania) have developed this vision and have traveled to various parts of the world to equip and mobilize key leaders who in turn influence larger groups of people.
LCI's Mission is to equip and network under-resourced leaders for enduring, fruitful ministry.
